Recognizing the need to streamline employee relocation processes, BGRS aimed to enhance their digital platform to offer a more intuitive and efficient user experience.
Objectives
The primary objective was to redesign BGRS’s employee relocation platform to optimize task management, milestone tracking, and overall user satisfaction. Key goals included improving user engagement and operational efficiency without compromising retention rates.
Process
Research & Discovery:
- Conducted stakeholder interviews to align business objectives with user needs and pain points.
